Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Our average delivery time is 6 to 14 business days after processing. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee — delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs processing or carrier delays during peak periods.
- United States, Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom, Europe: 6–14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8–16 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre. It can take 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost. You can follow your order at any time on our Track your order page.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is registered in our warehouse system it cannot be recalled or modified. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
