Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to start a return

Email omarbenyahyaten@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos help us resolve things faster. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it. Because this is a pet product used with treats, normal signs of use during a genuine trial period are expected and will not void your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost — you will not need to return the damaged item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order has usually entered fulfilment and can no longer be recalled. You can still return it under the 30-day guarantee once it arrives.

Items not eligible

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
